Homemade pancakes with honey

This recipe will make enough pancakes for 4 people. Honey pancakes make a healthy start to the day! To make the pancakes healthier, use honey instead of sugar.

Ingrediente:

2 eggs 2 1/2 tbsp milk 2 1/2 tablespoons. 1 teaspoon vinegar. baking soda 2 tsp. raw honey 3 teaspoon. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 4 teaspoon. olive oil 1/2 teaspoon. vanilla extract 2 1/2 tsp. flour For additions: Fresh or frozen blackberries (or other berries) Butter Raw honey

Preparation method

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the flour) with the mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  • Add the flour and mix well.
  • Pour 1/2 cup into the pan and let it spread in a circle before pouring the next one.
  • When there are many bubbles in a pancake, turn it on the other side, wait about 40 seconds, then lift a corner to see if it looks slightly browned
  • Turn on a plate. Add your favorite toppings (we recommend raw honey and fresh blackberries).
